Hi! I’m Madhura! I’m currently pursuing a PhD in food law and policy at Maastricht University in the Netherlands.

Through my research, I explore the role of food safety legislation and private governance in food waste valorisation.

I also freelance as a science communicator and create content that explores how our food is produced, its social and environmental impact, and what food systems of the future might look like.
